BCPC is currently seeking experienced professionals to fill the following positions:

Title: Director of Youth Services

Classification: Full-time

Position Summary: The Bronx Community Pride Center (BCPC) is the only LGBT community organization in the Bronx. We are committed to nurturing and empowering members of the LGBT community to realize their full potential by providing direct services, referrals, community education and a safe space to gather and promote the health and well-being of our community.

BCPC is seeking an experienced LCSW to serve as the Director of Youth Services and oversee the Center’s youth programming. Duties will include the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of a clinical case management program and an after-school activities program targeting LGBT youth of color in the South Bronx. The Director will be responsible for supervising youth services staff and case managers, and will ensure consistent and timely compliance with all agency and funder regulations, documentation, and reporting requirements.

Requirements: LCSW and 3+ years relevant experience; excellent managerial and supervisory skills; program design and implementation experience, including contract and budget management; strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented; substantial previous experience working with LGBT youth; knowledgeable about adolescent development, sex education, prevention and risk reduction. Spanish language skills a plus.
