Operation Home Base

Operation Home Base is a crisis and clinical case management program for homeless and at-risk youth that offers referral to crisis housing shelters as well as ongoing counseling and referrals to a wealth of social service resources to meet client’s needs. Our skilled case managers assist clients with overcoming psychological, psychosocial, academic, employment, and legal barriers in order to achieve and exceed their personal goals.
